Note: we reserve the right to ship your order from either of our two warehouses one located in Vancouver and the second warehouse located in Kelowna. Depending on stock levels, it may be impossible for us to ship your order from the closest warehouse to you, in which case please expect an additional 1-2 days for delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience. 


We offer free expedited shipping on all orders in Canada and US of value $75.00 or more.

We offer free expedited shipping on all international orders of value $100.00 or more

With our prices being offered as one of the cheapest online, we offer free shipping for all orders over value of $75 or more for Canada or the United States.

All orders shipped internationally will arrive between 5-15 business day depending on the region. Free international shipping applies on all orders of value of $100.00 or more in CDN currency.

In the event your item is not successfully delivered due to one of the following issues:  wrong address provided, failure to pick up, we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.


We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of placing the order; and in most cases we are able to send out orders the same day if received before 14h00 PST.

During periods of high order volume, some orders make take up to 72 hours to be processed and fulfilled.

In cases where your order is taking more then 2 business day to be processed you will be compensated for the delay with an offer of a free product or store credit ranging from ($5-15) as compensation for the delay.  



All of are products are covered with insurance shipping in cause of a lost package and customers will be refunded and compensated in those situations. All items damaged are within our 1:1 policy exchange within the 30 days of purchase window. If your order has been damaged please send a picture and contact our support team at with your order number and detailed description of the issue that has occurred & we will work to resolve the issue smoothly and pain free.



Due to the consumable nature of the products sold, we handle return and exchange requests on a case by case basis. If you believe you should be entitled to a return or exchange, please contact us at with your order information as well as a description of the circumstances and we will do our best to accommodate you!
